Service
By purchasing the services of Business Logo Design Inc. as a Client, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including those terms and conditions incorporated by reference. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions stated here without modification, you may not use the services provided by Business Logo Design Inc.. Business Logo Design Inc. may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
With respect to the package selected, Clients are allowed to choose only one logo, slogan, business card, envelope, and letter head design. All designs, concepts, slogans or other materials displayed to the Client which are not selected by the Client remain the full property of Business Logo Design Inc.. Clients can purchase additional logo designs provided within the samples created to fulfill the Client's order for $95.00

Payment
All prices listed on Business-Logo.com are in US Dollars. Clients purchasing Business Logo Design Inc.’s Service must pay for the Service online via credit card or offline via telephone, certified check paypal or money order. Client’s will be charged for the Package(s) selected. If you pay by credit card, you will be required to provide a valid credit card number and your credit card billing address when you register as a Client. Business Logo Design Inc. will email the client a receipt for the transactions in which Client is involved.

Ownership
All final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees. Business Logo Design Inc. retains the right to display the artwork in their portfolio and advertising materials. Unless stipulated otherwise by the client.


Client Security
Business Logo Design Inc. will take appropriate steps to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of the information you provide us. Whenever you give Business Logo Design Inc. sensitive information, Business Logo Design Inc. will take reasonable steps to establish a secure connection with your web browser. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing. When you register as a Client, you will receive a username and password in order to view the logo design samples. You shall keep your username and password confidential and shall use solely in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.


Disclaimer
The Client unconditionally guarantees that any element of text furnished to Business Logo Design Inc. for inclusion in the design samples do not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by another organization. The Client will hold harmless, protect, and defend Business Logo Design Inc. and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.
Business Logo Design Inc. guarantees the Logo Designs provided to Clients are uniquely created by Business Logo Design Inc.. By purchasing the services of Business Logo Design Inc., the Client understands the Logo Design provided may resemble a copyright image. Should a case as this arise, Business Logo Design Inc. will re-design the Logo.


Project Duration
Client agrees to provide timely responses to Business Logo Design Inc. after notification of sample completion. Client shall have 30 days to respond to each set logo design samples submitted to the Client for review. If after 30 days the Client has failed to respond, Business Logo Design Inc. will assume the Project complete and the Project shall be deemed to be complete. Business Logo Design Inc. will have no further obligation to Client, and Client shall pay Business Logo Design Inc. all fees and expenses associated with work performed by Business Logo Design Inc..

Revision
No revision work will be started unless client has filled out our on-line feedback form which is associated with your logo design samples.

Refund Policy
A full refund less an administration charge of $60 will be made if the Client does not wish to proceed with the logo design before the initial design samples are created.

The refund policy will also not take into affect if:
1 ) The reason does not relate to our design.
2 ) You do not provide any feedback within 1 month.
3 ) You have obtained logo design from a 3rd party.

Slogans, Flash Design, Express Orders, Web Site Designs are non-refundable.

How the money will be transferred
If you have paid using your credit card - the money will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to 6 business days before the money will appear on your account. If you have paid using a check or a money order your refund will be send to you by check.

Eligibility Requirements
By registering as a Client, you represent and warrant that the information you include as part of the registration process is complete and accurate and, if you are registering on behalf of an entity, that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions. Business Logo Design Inc. may accept or reject your registration in its sole discretion.

Termination
Business Logo Design Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate Client’s access to all or a portion of the Service, at any time, with or without notice. In the event of such termination, Business Logo Design Inc. will work with Client to determine the amount of any refund (if any) to be paid to Client as a result of such termination. Should Client’s use of the Service result from Client’s material breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Client shall not be entitled to any refund, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the parties.
